How do I start a return?

Unfortunately, you are unable to return your order at a physical Scotch &amp; Soda store, as these locations are operated by franchise partners. All returns must be processed via post. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I return my online order in a Scotch & Soda store?

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, please allow a few working days for it to be rescanned and processed for your refund.&#xA0; If your return shipment has arrived more than 7 working days ago and you haven&apos;t received your refund, please reach out for specific information about your return status. You can send your tracking number (return shipment receipt), order number, and return date to <a data-fr-linked="true" href="mailto:contact@scotch-soda.eu">contact@scotch-soda.eu</a>. Our team will be happy to assist you!

What is the status of my returned item and when will I be refunded?

You can return two orders in one package. Please ensure that you include the correct return packing slips for both orders or detailed information indicating which item belongs to which order to help us process your return smoothly and avoid any issues. Once we receive the returns, you will receive a separate return confirmation for each order. Thank you for your cooperation!

Can I  return multiple orders into 1 return?

The same return rules apply to sale items as they do for regular full-price items. If sale items meet our return conditions, you are welcome to return them within 30 days of receival. Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for your order.
