If your order doesn’t meet your expectations and you’d like to return your item(s), you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. It is not possible to return in a Scotch & Soda store.</span><br id="isPasted"><br></p><p id="isPasted"><strong>1. Return with a Scotch & Soda Label</strong><br>For a simple return process, use our DHL return label. Download the label via the Returns Portal for a fee of €4.95, which will be deducted from your refund.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Arrange Your Own Return</strong><br>Prefer to use your own courier? You can return the items using a service of your choice.
