If your order doesn’t meet your expectations and you&#x2019;d like to return your item(s), you&#x2019;re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, please visit our<span data-sheets-root="1">&#xA0;</span><span data-sheets-root="1"><a href="https://return.scotch-soda.eu/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">return portal</a>&#xA0;</span><span data-sheets-root="1">and follow the steps. It is not possible to return in a Scotch &amp; Soda store.</span><br id="isPasted"><br></p><p id="isPasted"><strong>1. Return with a Scotch &amp; Soda Label</strong><br>For a simple return process, use our DHL return label. Download the label via the Returns Portal for a fee of &#x20AC;4.95, which will be deducted from your refund.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Arrange Your Own Return</strong><br>Prefer to use your own courier? You can return the items using a service of your choice.
