Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?Updated 16 days ago

While we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please send us a message at [email protected] with your correct address, and we’ll assist you as best we can.

Please note that once the order is shipped, we can no longer change the address. However, you can log in to the DHL app to see if any changes can be made there.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or item and your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel the shipment and issue a refund so you can reorder the correct size.
