Sometimes, a payment may fail due to issues on the payment providers side. If you receive an error message, please inform us. We also recommend checking your bank statement to see if the amount has been debited.

If the payment was debited according the bank statement, you can generally assume that your order has also gone through successfully.

However, if you have any doubts or would like to verify, please contact our customer service by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include the amount paid and the email address associated with your payment so we can assist you more effectively.
